DELIVERY AND RETURNS (EN)
ORDERS AND DELIVERY:
We ship all orders within 3 business days maximum, but in most cases it takes less than 24 hours from the time you
place your order till the goods have been picked, packed and processed, though with the exception of weekends and holidays.
Orders placed on working days before 14.00 will be shipped the same day.
Our webshop is open for purchases in all European countries.
All packages are shipped with GLS who requires a signature of receipt. Are you not around when the carrier tries to deliver
your parcel, he’ll either try again later or leave a calling card in your mailbox with instructions on how to collect it.
GLS delivers mainly during working hours, which is why we recommend you to redirect the package to your working address,
or to someone who’ll be home during daytime if possible. Bruun & Stengade can’t be held responsible for delays occurring during transport.
Occasionally there may be information on the website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product
descriptions, pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct these and to change or update information at any time without
prior notice, but we will of course strive to contact the people that are affected immediately.
In case you’ve ordered something that is out of stock due to errors in inventory, we’ll offer you an alternative by e-mail a.s.a.p.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your online purchase, you can either exchange or return unused articles within 14 days
of receipt. Articles in unsuitable condition will be rejected and sent back. Costs associated with freight to our warehouse due to
exchanges or returns will be on your own expense. Exchanged items will be sent back to you free of charge within 3 days of receipt at our warehouse.
Please fill in the return form you received along with your order and enclose it with the article(s). Send it/them to the following return address:

Returned items can only be exchanged with goods of the same or a lower price. The difference will be transferred to your account within 14 days
of receipt at our warehouse. Would you rather like a product from a higher price range, please contact Customer Service for further information.
We recommend using a postal service that insures the value of the returned products or provides a tracking number, since Bruun & Stengade
can’t be held responsible for items that are lost in transit from you to our warehouse.
If you contrary to expectations receive a wrong item or if something is missing, please contact Customer Service and refer to the relevant order number.
ALL ITEMS PURCHASED AFTER NOVEMBER 1ST CAN BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED UNTIL JANUARY 7TH.
FAULTY GOODS AND COMPLAINTS:
We always check the goods for faults prior to shipment, but if you despite this still find a defect on one of the received items, please let us know
straight away by contacting Customer Service explaining what’s wrong, preferably with attached image. Please be aware that we must be
notified about defective items within 8 days from receipt.
If you have any issues or complaints about an article bought at www.bruunogstengade.dk, we kindly ask you to contact Customer Service,
since all goods are covered by the 2-year warranty under the Sale of Goods Act upon presentation of valid receipt. Goods returned with
warranty will be repaired, replaced or refunded depending on the type of complaint.
